This part-time role offers base pay of $16.00–$17.00 per hour and opportunities for growth within a nationally recognized sports retailer.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to drive sales while minimizing loss.

• Able to operate independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Act as Manager on duty for scheduling issues and customer complaints when Store Manager is absent.
• Lead store associates through training programs, goal setting, and follow-up.
• Administer disciplinary steps as needed, including verbal and written warnings.
