Job summary

Qualifications

• Computer proficiency and ability to learn retail software and POS systems.
• Ability to work independently with sound judgment.

Responsibilities

• Lead service behaviors to drive sales and achieve KPIs.
• Provide documented feedback on sales performance and coaching opportunities.
• Manage inventory, receiving, transfers, price changes, and counts with proper documentation.
• Open and close the store per policy and maintain records.
