Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Store management experience in retail, grocery, or drug store environment preferred.
• Able to lift up to 55 lbs and perform physical tasks.

• Excellent customer service and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day store operations and activities.
• Support customers with a positive, helpful approach.
• Organize merchandise from delivery to stockroom and sales floor.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Process directives, maintain fixtures, and monitor promotions.
• Assist ordering, inventory, payroll, scheduling, and cash handling.
• Maintain clean, organized store and secure assets.
• Support Store Manager in training and development of staff.
• Ensure a safe, respectful environment for customers and associates.
