Job summary

Dollar Tree is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to help with store operations, customer service and team development. You will assist with day-to-day store functions and help customers in a positive, approachable manner.

You will support training, supervise store associates, manage opening/closing procedures, and ensure the store remains clean and well-organized. This role requires strong communication and a proactive, team-oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• Store management experience in retail, grocery, or drug store environment.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills.
• Ability to work in a high-energy, team environment.
• Experience with payroll, scheduling, and cash handling is a plus.

Responsibilities
