Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming phone calls.
• Respond to customer questions promptly and professionally.
• Assist with rent collection and account follow-up.
• Promote and sell retail products while maintaining product knowledge.
• Operate the point-of-sale system and handle cash transactions.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional office environment.
• Support maintenance staff and help ensure the property and vacant units are clean and well maintained.
• Assist with renting moving trucks (16’–26’), limited on-site driving.
