Job summary

US Storage Centers is hiring for an Assistant Manager Self Storage (Part-Time). You will market storage solutions, manage on-site operations, and deliver exceptional customer service while walking the property and handling payments.

The role offers a 4-day workweek, a $19.00–$21.00 hourly pay range, mileage reimbursement, a 401(k), and paid time off, with strong internal promotion opportunities and a comprehensive training program.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail, restaurant, fast food, hospitality, customer service/sales or self-storage is a plus.
• Real ID or Passport required to travel to San Antonio training center (effective 5/7/25)
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required to perform essential functions

Responsibilities

• Market and sell self-storage solutions to potential customers
• Work independently, spending time inside an office and outside on the property
• General property care, cleaning and maintenance
• Daily property walk to confirm spaces are ready to rent
• Accurate payment processing and cash handling
• Engage with customers to provide an exceptional experience
• Travel may be 0-10% of the time to various locations as needed
