Urban Self Storage, Inc. is looking for an enthusiastic Assistant Manager to support daily operations and deliver outstanding customer service at our self-storage facility. The role emphasizes team collaboration and maintaining a clean, secure environment.

This part-time position offers a Sunday, Monday and Tuesday schedule averaging about 27 hours per week, with potential for monthly bonuses and growth within a supportive, independent workplace.

• Proficiency using computers, mobile devices, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and property management software, including accurate data entry and management of digital customer records.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in the day-to-day operations of a self-storage facility
• Ensure the property is clean, safe, and well-maintained, including tasks such as sweeping, dusting, mopping, trash pickup, changing light bulbs, pulling weeds, and ensuring all aspects of the facility are in working order
• Assist with organizing and completing daily operational tasks
• Handle customer accounts, including delinquency actions
• Tour storage spaces and assist customers throughout the rental process
• Manage daily deposits, cash counts, and petty cash
• Collaborate positively with team members and leadership
• Support occupancy, rental, and customer service goals
• Deliver exceptional customer service through professional in-person, phone, and email communication
• Conduct regular property walks and security checks throughout the facility
