Qualifications

• Experience in customer service/sales and related roles is a plus.
• Real ID or Passport required to travel to San Antonio training center (as of 05/07/2025).
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.

Responsibilities

• Market and sell self-storage solutions to customers.
• Work both indoors and outdoors on the property.
• Perform general property care, cleaning, and maintenance.
• Conduct daily property walk-throughs to ensure spaces are ready to rent.
• Process payments accurately and handle cash.
• Engage with customers to deliver an exceptional experience.
• Operate with reliable transportation for on-site tasks.
