Job summary

ITAC Solutions is assisting a client with a Part Time Assistant Property Manager role in Wisconsin. This onsite position supports leasing, move-ins, move-outs, rent collection, and resident records to help ensure safe, quality, affordable housing and serve as a key resource for residents.

You’ll work with HUD/LIHTC compliance, prepare reports, maintain office operations, and assist with deliveries between developments and Central Office.

Qualifications

• Be able to do the job as described.
• High school diploma or GED; business school preferred.
• Ability to obtain Public Housing Management Certification within one year.
• Ability to obtain Tax Credit Specialist certification after one year.
• Valid Texas driver’s license and eligibility for PHA fleet insurance.
• Ability to support office operations and manage team members in the Manager’s absence.

Responsibilities

• Support leasing, move-ins, move-outs, rent collection, and resident records.
• Assist with annual and interim resident recertifications.
• Conduct unit inspections and identify property concerns.
• Prepare rent, delinquency, eviction, and financial reports.
• Counsel residents and connect them with appropriate community resources.
• Support eviction processing and compliance with HUD and LIHTC requirements.
• Maintain office operations and assist with deliveries between developments and Central Office.
