Job summary

LifeWise Academy Inc. seeks a gospel-centered, detail-oriented Assistant Program Director to support the Program Director and Leadership Board. This part-time, non-exempt role requires leadership, organization and the ability to handle multiple tasks while serving in a ministry context.

You will help lead the LifeWise 5 L's—Leadership, Location, Logistics, Loot, and Language—and coordinate in partnership with local leadership to bring Bible education to public school students.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in either a professional or volunteer capacity.
• Experience with spreadsheets, virtual meeting platforms and Google Workspace.
• Retirement plan, including employer match.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Program Director in managing the LifeWise 5 L's.
• Support daily program administration and coordination with schools.
• Help with budgeting, fundraising, and communications.
