Coast Property Management seeks an Assistant Self-Storage Facility Manager for a part-time position in Ellensburg, Washington. The role pays $21.00–$23.00 per hour and focuses on daily operations, leasing activities, and exceptional customer service at the storage facility.

Responsibilities

• Assist in maintaining relationships with residents and apply property policies.
• Show units, process screening applications, and support leasing staff.
• Prepare weekly/monthly reports and assist with market surveys.
• Review rental applications for accuracy and policy compliance.
• Assist residents with lease forms and support marketing/leasing programs.
• Log accounting transactions and handle screening fees as directed.
• Answer phones, take messages, and collect rent as directed.
