BoxLunch is seeking a Full-Time Assistant Manager to help lead our civic-minded, pop culture driven brand. You’ll support the Store Manager in achieving sales targets, recruiting, and development while delivering exceptional customer service.

You’ll lead a passionate team, promote new products, and drive promotions, including BOPIS and curbside pickup. This role requires 1–2 years in retail management and strong leadership skills.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of retail store management experience.
• Strong communication, recruiting, and leadership skills.
• Experience with payroll, scheduling, and merchandising.
• Willingness to develop a team in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Support Store Manager in achieving sales plan and goals.
• Recruit, develop, and retain a collaborative team.
• Drive customer engagement through promotions and curbside pickup.
• Provide leadership for an operationally sound store.
• Monitor shrink, payroll hours, and associate schedules.
• Communicate trends and feedback with retail leadership.
