Hot Topic, Inc. seeks a Part-Time Assistant Manager – Level 2 to help lead our mall store. You’ll support the Store Manager in achieving sales targets, recruiting, and staff development, fueling a high-energy, customer-first culture.

You’ll drive promotions, manage operations, schedule and payroll, monitor shrink, and create buzz through events, social media, and curbside pickup. If you love music and pop culture, enjoy leading teams, and can lift up to 50 pounds, you’ll fit right in.

Qualificações

• 1–2 years of retail store management experience.
• Strong communication, recruiting, operations, and people development skills.
• Avenger-like skills: communication, time management, professionalism, operations, and a drive to develop your peeps.
• A high school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Retail is fast-changing; you enjoy catching curveballs thrown your way.
• Able to navigate the store, merchandise products, and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsabilidades

• Support Store Manager in achieving the sales plan and comp sales goals.
• Help recruit, develop, and retain a collaborative, passionate team.
• Promote products via promotions, social media, BOPIS and curbside pickup.
• Provide leadership around running an operationally sound business.
• Monitor shrink, payroll hours, and associate schedules.
• Communicate trends and feedback with retail leadership and HQ partners.
• Run sales reports and use data to guide strategy to hit targets.
• Merchandise the store using planograms and launch promos on time.
• Develop a high-performing, customer-focused team.
