Job summary

Hot Topic, Inc. is seeking a Part-Time Assistant Manager – Level 2 to help lead the loudest store in the mall.

You will support the Store Manager in achieving sales targets, recruiting and developing a passionate team, and driving promotions, including BOPIS and curbside pickup, to boost customer engagement. You’ll balance operations, delegation, and a customer-first selling approach while monitoring payroll hours and shrink.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of retail store management experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to recruit, develop, and retain a team.
• Experience with store operations (payroll, reporting, scheduling, merchandising).

Responsibilities
