Qualifications

• 1–2 years of retail store management experience.
• Strong communication, recruiting, operations, and people development skills.
• High school diploma or GED; degree a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support Store Manager in hitting sales plans and targets.
• Recruit, develop, and retain a collaborative team.
• Promote products and engage customers via promotions, social media, and BOPIS/curbside pickup.
• Provide leadership around running an operationally sound business.
• Monitor shrink, payroll hours, and associate schedules.
• Collaborate with retail leadership and HQ on trends and feedback.
• Run sales reports and use data to guide strategy.
• Merchandise the store using planograms and launch promos on time.
• Develop high-performing, customer-focused associates.
