Qualifications

• At least 1 year of retail store experience.
• Strong communication, time management, professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Provide an amazing shopping experience to encourage repeat visits, leveraging product knowledge and customer service.
• Step in on the sales floor to support the Store Manager and leadership when needed.
• Open and close the store as required to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Process sales transactions and drive add-on sales through available services like BOPIS and curbside pickup.
• Understand sales plans, KPIs, and contribute to achieving targets.
• Assist with planogram changes and merchandising setup to optimize product placement.
