Job summary

BoxLunch & Hot Topic is seeking a Part-Time Assistant Manager – Level 1 in Estero, FL, to support the store leadership team in delivering an exceptional customer experience. You will train new recruits, assist with daily operations, and help meet sales targets while maintaining a positive and energetic fan-focused environment.

You will be responsible for opening/closing, supervising the sales floor, processing transactions, and promoting add-on sales via programs like BOPIS and curbside pickup.

Qualifications

• 1 year of retail store experience.
• Strong communication, time management, and professionalism.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Provide an amazing shopping experience, leveraging product knowledge and customer service skills.
• Cover the sales floor and provide leadership support when the Manager is unavailable.
• Open and close the store as needed.
• Process sales transactions and drive add‑on sales including BOPIS and curbside pickup; report shortages or overages.
