BoxLunch in Tallahassee, FL is seeking a Part-Time Assistant Manager – Level 1 to support the store leadership team and deliver the best customer experience. You’ll use your fandom knowledge to train new recruits, help meet sales targets, and support daily operations on the floor.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of retail store experience.
• Strong communication, time management and professionalism.
• Ability to train and develop teammates and support store operations.
• Must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Provide an amazing shopping experience with product knowledge and customer service.
• Cover the sales floor and provide leadership support when needed.
• Open and close the store and manage daily operations as required.
• Process transactions and promote add-on sales with store programs.
• Understand sales plan, goals, and KPIs to drive performance.
• Assist with planogram changes and merchandising setup.
• Share fashion trend information with management and HQ partners.
• Prevent theft and ensure proper store security and controls.
• Maintain organized stock room and store cleanliness.
• Develop a collaborative, motivated team to run the store.
• Perform any additional duties assigned by the Store Leader.
