Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide an amazing shopping experience to encourage return customers.
• Step in to cover the sales floor and assist leadership.
• Open and close the store when needed.
• Operate the register and drive add-on sales with knowledge of products.
• Understand store KPIs and support sales targets.
• Assist with planogram changes and merchandising.
• Communicate fashion and music trends to management.
• Maintain security and prevent theft, with store leadership.
• Help maintain stock room and store cleanliness.
• Develop a collaborative, passionate store team.
