BoxLunch in Greensburg, PA is looking for a Part-Time Assistant Manager – Level 1 to support the store leadership team and ensure a standout customer experience for pop culture fans.

You'll train new team members, help hit sales targets, open and close the store when needed, and contribute to daily operations using your product knowledge to drive add-on sales and maintain a welcoming, organized environment.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of retail store experience.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Provide an amazing shopping experience with product knowledge and customer service.
• Cover the sales floor and provide leadership support when the Manager is away.
• Open and close the store as needed.
• Process transactions and drive add-on sales, including BOPIS and curbside options.
• Understand sales plans, KPIs, and help achieve targets.
• Assist with planogram changes and merchandising.
• Communicate fashion trends to management and HQ partners.
• Maintain stock room organization and store cleanliness.
• Develop and retain a collaborative team to run the store.
• Assist with other activities as assigned by the Store Leader.
