Investment Property Group is seeking a Part-Time Assistant Manager for Ridgewood Estates in Layton, UT. The role supports leasing, resident relations, and rent collection at a 200-unit manufactured housing community.

Work schedule is Monday–Friday, 12pm–5pm (25 hours/week). The position emphasizes customer service, organization, and teamwork while maintaining community standards and safety.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal skills to build resident relationships.
• Excellent time management and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with rent collection and delinquency management.
• Ability to handle complaints with a customer-focused approach.
• Clear verbal and written communication for tenants and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Represent Investment Property Group professionally at all times.
• Assist Community Manager with rent collection, banking, and delinquency procedures.
• Handle administrative tasks and prepare reporting documentation.
• Monitor rental activity, on-site marketing, and local market knowledge.
• Address resident concerns and maintain property curb appeal and model appearance.
• Coordinate maintenance requests and vendor contracts with the team.
• Ensure high standards of professionalism and resident satisfaction.
• Attend meetings and site inspections as required.
• Walk the property daily to ensure good condition and safety.
