Investment Property Group is seeking an Assistant Community Manager to support two manufactured housing communities in Spanaway, WA and Puyallup, WA. The role includes leasing activities, resident relations, rent collection, and coordinated maintenance, with a focus on high occupancy and resident satisfaction.

You'll travel between Crystal Pointe Estates and Viking Estates, work a 32-hour week, and help the team maintain strong community standards while providing excellent customer service and

Qualifications

• 1+ years' experience assisting at a manufactured housing or multifamily community of 100+ units.
• Strong interpersonal skills with residents and team members.
• Excellent time management and problem‑solving abilities.
• Customer service oriented with conflict resolution capabilities.
• Experience with rent collection and delinquency management.
• Ability to improve efficiency, productivity, and profitability of the property.
• Proficiency in property management software mentioned above.

Responsibilities

• Represent Investment Property Group professionally at all times.
• Drive daily sales and marketing to promote available homes.
• Conduct community tours and host open houses on weekends as needed.
• Assist with rent collection, bank activities, and delinquent procedures.
• Handle administrative tasks and prepare reporting documentation.
• Monitor on‑site marketing and maintain knowledge of the local market.
• Address resident concerns and coordinate maintenance requests.
• Ensure community standards and safety, interacting with stakeholders.
