Job summary

Investment Property Group is seeking an Assistant Community Manager for Ridgewood Estates in Layton, UT. This part-time role (25 hours/week, 12pm–5pm) supports leasing, resident relations, and rent collection across a 200-unit manufactured housing community.

The ideal candidate handles administrative tasks, coordinates maintenance, and upholds property standards with strong organization and customer service focus.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills with residents and team members.
• Exceptional time management and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with rent collection, delinquency management, and customer-focused service.
• Proficiency with property management software and related tools.

Responsibilities

• Represent IPG in a positive, professional manner at all times.
• Assist Community Manager with rent collection, banking, and delinquent procedures.
• Prepare and maintain reporting documentation and administrative tasks.
• Monitor on-site marketing, local market knowledge, and occupancy trends.
• Address resident concerns, requests, and complaints promptly.
• Oversee curb appeal, model appearance, and signage to attract residents.
• Coordinate maintenance requests and vendor contracts with the team.
• Maintain professionalism, integrity, and respect in all interactions.
• Participate in meetings and inspections as required by regulations.
• Conduct daily property walks to ensure clean, safe, and well-maintained communities.
• Ensure compliance with policies and procedures for residents and tenants.
• Perform unit inspections and follow-ups as needed.
