Job summary

Investment Property Group is seeking an Assistant Community Manager to support two manufactured housing communities in WA, Crystal Pointe Estates and Viking Estates. The role covers leasing activity, resident relations, rent collection, and administrative tasks, with strong emphasis on customer service and local market knowledge.

You will work closely with the Community Manager to ensure a clean, safe, and well-maintained community, coordinating maintenance, tours, and open houses while

Qualifications

• 1+ years' experience assisting at a manufactured housing or multifamily community of 100+ units.
• Strong interpersonal skills to foster positive relationships with residents and collaborate with team.
• Excellent time management and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to handle conflict, resolve complaints, and deliver high-level customer service.
• Experience with rent collection and delinquency management.
• Identify areas for improvement and suggest efficiency, productivity, and profitability improvements.

Responsibilities

• Represent IPG professionally at all times.
• Drive daily sales and marketing to promote homes.
• Conduct community tours for prospective buyers with enthusiasm.
• Host open houses on weekends as needed.
• Assist with rent collection, bank activities, and documenting transactions.
• Coordinate maintenance requests and administrative tasks.
• Maintain knowledge of local market and on-site marketing activities.
• Address resident concerns, requests, and complaints promptly.
• Work with the Community Manager on vendor contracts and operations.
