Job summary

Investment Property Group is seeking an Assistant Community Manager to support Ridgewood Estates, a 200-unit manufactured housing community in Layton, UT. The role focuses on leasing, resident relations, and rent collection, with part-time hours from 12pm to 5pm, Monday through Friday.

You will coordinate maintenance requests, assist with reporting, and help maintain a clean, safe, and well-managed community. A strong customer-service orientation and reliable scheduling are essential to success.

Qualifications

• Experience with rent collection and delinquency management.
• Ability to handle conflicts and provide excellent customer service.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to coordinate maintenance requests and property operations.
• Proficiency with property management software.

Responsibilities

• Represent IPG in a positive and professional manner.
• Assist with rent collection, banking, and delinquent rent procedures.
• Prepare reporting documents and manage administrative tasks.
• Monitor rental activity and on-site marketing; stay informed on local market.
• Respond to resident concerns and maintain high occupancy.
