Job summary

Investment Property Group is seeking an Assistant Community Manager to support two manufactured housing communities in Spanaway, WA and Puyallup, WA. You will assist with leasing, resident relations, and rent collection while coordinating maintenance and vendor activities.

The role emphasizes customer service, sales, and administrative support to maintain high occupancy and community standards.

Qualifications

• 1+ years' experience assisting at a manufactured housing or multifamily community of 100+ units.
• Strong interpersonal skills and customer service focus.
• Experience with rent collection and delinquency management.
• Ability to drive sales and maintain high occupancy through marketing.

Responsibilities

• Represent IPG professionally at all times.
• Drive daily sales and marketing to promote available homes.
• Conduct community tours and engage buyers with enthusiasm.
• Host open houses on weekends as needed.
• Assist with rent collection, banking, and transaction documentation.
• Coordinate maintenance requests and vendor contracts.
