The role requires LIHTC experience, strong customer service, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software like Yardi or RealPage. Occasional inspections and collaboration across teams are essential.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist Community Manager in daily operations of the community.
• Show apartments, explain leases, and highlight amenities.
• Provide info on schools, shopping, and transit.
• Process leases, deposits, and rent payments.
• Address resident concerns including maintenance.
• Inspect vacant units for repairs and compliance.
• Support staff and attend trainings and meetings.
