Job summary

University of Portland is seeking a part‑time CSWS Cathedral Park Performing Arts Collective Program Assistant (St. Johns). The role is 8–12 hours per week during Fall and Spring semesters, with on‑site work at the CPPAC Studio and remote tasks through the academic year.

The assistant will support CPPAC with day‑to‑day operations, reporting on-site to the Executive Director and Operations Director, and on‑campus to the Moreau Center Program Manager. Employment is student work study.

Qualifications

• Must have Federal Work Study funds in Financial Aid package.
• Demonstrated interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to learn new skills.
• Comfort with autonomy.
• Ability to commute to St. Johns neighborhood.

Responsibilities

• Increase community outreach (newsletter, social media, events, websites, etc).
• Expand and maintain donor and volunteer base.
• Ongoing communication with volunteer and donors.
• Custodial support.
• Other relevant tasks as assigned.
