Job summary

Oak View Group in Coralville, IA is seeking a part-time Facility Operations Attendant to support event operations at Xtream Arena. You will help set up stages, move equipment, and assist during hockey games and concerts.

This role emphasizes physical work, flexibility, and reliability, with an hourly wage of $11.00 to $13.00. Prior event or venue experience is a plus; transportation to Xtream Arena is required.

Qualifications

• Ability to think through scenarios and respond quickly and appropriately.
• Work independently and as part of a team, remaining flexible in role.
• Able to follow basic instruction.
• Perform general labor; heavy lifting is required.
• Establish and maintain effective working relationships with the public, customers, vendors, promoters, and others.
• Must have transportation to & from Xtream Arena.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to all guests and clients.
• Must be able to consistently lift/move 50lbs.
• Perform general labor as assigned.
• Ability to follow basic instruction and direction.
• Set up and breakdown of chairs, tables, ice rink, basketball court, volleyball court, etc.
