Job summary

Oak View Group, based in Ralston, Nebraska, seeks an Event Security team member to ensure safety for all events at Liberty First Credit Union Arena. Special assignments may be available during non-event days, with the security team providing courteous service to guests.

This part-time role pays an hourly rate of $18.00-$19.00 and offers benefits such as a 401(k) savings plan and matching. The position remains open until November 6, 2026.

Qualifications

• Prior security experience preferred, but not required.
• Able to work events as assigned.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong communication skills required.
• Ability to work nights, weekends and select holidays.
• Strong attention to detail.
• CPR certification earned or willingness to obtain.
• Positive, professional, customer-focused attitude.

Responsibilities

• Respond to staff and visitor security requests.
• Perform event and non-event security duties.
• Conduct pre- and post-event safety inspections.
• Manage access for staff, suppliers and guests.
• Document lost and found items per procedures.
• Provide escorts within the facility when needed.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
