Job summary

LensCrafters in Warren, OH is seeking a Part-Time Apprentice Optician to deliver the LensCrafters Experience. You will assist customers with frame and lens selections, take measurements, and ensure accurate fitting and dispensing.

You will work under the supervision of licensed opticians, learn optical theory and merchandising, and provide friendly, knowledgeable service to shoppers. A high school diploma or equivalent and enrollment in the Apprentice Program are required.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Familiar with measuring and fitting eyewear and basic optical concepts.
• Able to learn optical theory and product knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in frame and lens selections and ensure proper measurements.
• Explain the LensCrafters process and deliver the LensCrafters Experience.
• Support dispensing, fitting, and adjustments to meet customer needs.
• Operate POS with accuracy and process transactions.
