Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Part of a sanctioned Apprentice Program.
• Strong customer service skills: communicator, listener and team builder.
• Knowledge of current optical theory and merchandise.
• Knowledge of current store merchandise.
• Strong basic math skills.
• Awareness of current fashion trends.
• Sales and service skills.
• Familiarity with POS, computers and calculators.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers, delivering the LensCrafters experience.
• Explain the process transparently and guide frame and lens selection.
• Fitting eyewear with accuracy using AccuFit; record measurements.
• Provide solutions and answer product questions; problem solve.
• Educate customers on guarantees, care tips and services.
• Process transactions accurately at the POS and handle payments.
• Ensure eyewear meets optical standards and customer requests.
• Maintain store visuals and safety; uphold planograms.
