Job summary

LensCrafters is seeking an Apprentice Optician in the United States to deliver the LensCrafters Experience. You will help customers select frames and lenses, perform measurements, adjust eyewear, and ensure finished eyewear meets standards.

You will work in a part-time role within a dynamic team, supporting sales and service through accurate POS handling and customer-focused problem solving. Training opportunities in optical dispensing are provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Part of a sanctioned Apprentice Program.
• Actively studying LensCrafters Quality, Fitting and Adjusting Program.

Responsibilities

• Deliver LensCrafters Experience and ensure customer delight.
• Assist customers in selecting frames and lenses for vision and lifestyle needs.
• Explain the process, guarantees, and services to customers.
• Accurately perform measurements, adjustments, and fittings.
• Operate POS with accuracy and manage transactions.
