Responsibilities

• Distributes invoices to departments, ensures they are completed, approved, and returned to AP promptly.
• Maintains AP records, including invoice register and check register.
• Generates AP checks on a regular schedule or as needed.
• Maintains a well-organized filing system for all open and paid invoices. Ensures that all necessary documentation and supporting materials are attached.
• Tracks and scans vendor payments for capital-related projects.
• Inputs, updates, and maintains information of general ledger journal entries.
• Inputs and balances daily deposits for the Lakeview Village Foundation.
• Provides other support for the Accounting department as needed.
