Integrity Capital Management Solutions, LLC is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist on a part-time contractor basis in Kansas City, MO. Primary duties include AP processing, coding, and vendor management across properties, with potential for expanded hours and full-time growth.

The role also provides limited AR support during the transition and will become more AP-focused as the team expands. On-site at our Kansas City office; compensation is $25–$30 per hour as a 1099 contractor.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of accounts payable experience preferred.
• High-volume invoice processing across multiple entities or cost centers.
• Strong knowledge of basic accounting principles including accrual concepts and month-end close.

Responsibilities

• Receive, review, and code vendor invoices in AppFolio with proper property/GL/work-order assignment.
• Verify invoice accuracy against work orders, contracts, and approvals; resolve discrepancies.
• Process weekly check runs and electronic payments; coordinate timing with cash and owner instructions.
• Maintain vendor records in AppFolio and QuickBooks, including W-9s, 1099 tracking, and remittance data.
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve aged payables; communicate payment status professionally.
• Assist with month-end AP close, accruals, and AP aging review; support 1099 filing.
