• Maintain all Accounts Payable (A/P) records.
• Review invoices for accuracy.
• Review expense reports.
• Cross-check receipts to ensure documentation for reimbursement/audit.
• Prepare bank deposits for courier.
• Record all receipts in ledgers.
• Adhere to organization policies and procedures.

Formation

Associate’s degree in business administration or similar

Understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
