Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Enter invoices for payment via 3-way matching or approved non-PO invoices.
• Process employee expense reports for reimbursement.
• Reconcile vendor statements and respond to inquiries; manage AR/COLLECTION tasks as needed.
• Manage intercompany invoices and monthly utility payments; maintain vendor master data.
