Valley of the Sun JCC is seeking an Accounting Clerk / AP–AR Assistant to support our accounting team. This part-time role focuses on accurate data entry for accounts payable and accounts receivable, including vendor invoices, customer charges, receipts, and payments.

Under the Senior Accountant, you will ensure timely processing, reconciliation, and documentation while maintaining confidentiality and meeting deadlines in a nonprofit environment.

Competenze

• Demonstrated data entry accuracy and basic bookkeeping concepts.
• Familiarity with accounts payable/receivable processes.
• Proficiency in Excel for data handling and reporting.

Mansioni

• Process vendor invoices and approved reimbursements accurately.
• Record customer invoices and apply payments to accounts.
• Assist with monthly reconciliations and routine month-end close.
• Maintain organized supporting documentation and files.
