Job summary

CareArc is seeking a Part-Time Accounting Clerk to join our Finance Team. The Accounting Clerk performs a range of routine accounting activities focusing mainly on accounts payable, and general ledger analysis to ensure complete and accurate financial reports.

Responsibilities include processing invoices, maintaining the AP routing system, assisting monthly closings, and resolving discrepancies. The position offers competitive pay, paid time off, and health benefits starting on day one.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree preferred in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proficiency with spreadsheets and other software tools.
• Accounts Payable experience.

• Maintain the Accounts Payable Electronic Routing System functions.
• Review invoices for documentation and approval prior to payment.

• Maintains all functions of Accounts Payable Electronic Routing System.
• Reviews all invoices for appropriate documentation and approval prior to payment.
• Answers all vendor inquiries.
• Assists in monthly closings.
• Resolve accounting discrepancies and irregularities.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree - Preferred, Field of Study: Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proficiency with spreadsheets and other software tools
