Job summary

United Ground Express, Inc. is hiring at Santa Fe Regional Airport in New Mexico for a frontline Passenger Service Agent.

You will greet passengers, check in, issue boarding passes, rebook itineraries, and ensure flights depart on time. You’ll use reservation software, assist with baggage, answer questions, coordinate with flight crews via radio, and help customers in accordance with company policies and FAA rules.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write and communicate in English.
• Able to operate computers and reservation systems.

Responsibilities

• Greet passengers and provide a seamless check-in and ticketing experience.
• Use reservation software to rebook itineraries, issue boarding passes, and collect applicable fees.
• Ensure passenger information is accurate and flights depart on time.
• Resolve passenger issues in accordance with company policies and FAA regulations.
• Assist with baggage handling and respond to passenger questions.
