Responsibilities

• Greeting passengers and handling check-in and ticketing.
• Use reservation/ticketing software to rebook itineraries and issue boarding passes.
• Ensure passenger data accuracy and on-time flight communications.
• Resolve passenger issues per policy during flight interruptions.
• May assist in baggage tracking and answering passenger questions.
• Operate computers and mobile devices; communicate via radio with crew.
• Prepare aircraft for next flight and assist with ground equipment.
