Job summary

Fast Park & Relax is seeking a dependable Parking Guest Ambassador to manage parking operations and assist guests at Tucson facility. You will direct traffic, monitor lots, handle tickets and payments, and ensure safety and cleanliness.

This role requires excellent communication, ability to work overnight shifts, and capacity to multitask in a fast-paced outdoor environment. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, and 401(k).

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year in dispatching or customer service.
• Experience handling high-volume calls and radio communications.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct incoming and outgoing vehicles to available spaces using hand signals and verbal guidance.
• Monitor parking lots to maximize space usage and prevent congestion.
• Enforce parking rules and time limits.
• Assist guests with questions, tickets, and payment issues.
• Operate gates, ticket dispensers, and payment systems.
