PrimeFlight is hiring a Part-Time Customer Service Agent at CLT Airport in Charlotte, NC. You will greet passengers, assist with check-in and boarding, and provide flight and airport service information in a fast-paced environment.

Competenze

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• English communication (reading, writing, speaking).
• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience.
• Able to access and interpret information on devices (IPads/Tablets/Computers).
• Pass a background check and drug screen.
• Eligible for required credentials and clearances (FAA, RAIC, TSA, Port Authority, U.S. Customs).
• Willing to work 24/7 shifts including nights, weekends and holidays.

Mansioni

• Greet and assist passengers at the airport with check-in, boarding, and inquiries.
• Provide information on flight schedules, gates, and services.
• Handle check-in, baggage processing, and boarding passes.
• Assist with self-service kiosks and online check-in.
• Resolve passenger issues professionally and promptly.
• Announce updates and keep passengers informed of changes.
• Coordinate with ground staff and crews for a smooth experience.
• Maintain knowledge of frequent-flyer programs and loyalty services.
• Support security procedures and general safety compliance.
