Job summary

Contour CLT in Charlotte, NC is seeking a part-time Airport Agent to deliver exceptional customer service at the ticket counter, gate, and ramp. You will handle check-ins, baggage, and special service requests while maintaining safety and professional conduct on the ramp.

The role requires strong English communication, 18+ years old, and availability for flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Benefits include 401(k), paid leave, and holiday pay.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• DOT-required pre-employment drug screening.
• Background checks (10-year work history, criminal history, fingerprint checks) per TSA.
• Fluent reading/writing/speaking English; Spanish is a plus but not required.
• Ability to work flexible schedules including mornings/evenings/weekends/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers promptly and courteously; assist with check-in and ticket changes.
• Check and accept passenger baggage; ensure compliance with policies and safety rules.
• Board and deplane flights; assist with unaccompanied minors and passengers with special needs.
• Provide accurate gate information and assist with special service requests; communicate with crews and vendors.
• Maintain safety and security of the ramp; monitor operations and ensure efficient airport service.
