PrimeFlight is seeking a Customer Service Agent Lead in Charlotte, NC to supervise a team, oversee check-in and boarding, and ensure passenger satisfaction while complying with airline policies and safety regulations. This on-site, part-time role offers growth opportunities within a global aviation services provider.

You will train staff, manage schedules, address escalations, and coordinate with airport departments to maintain service quality and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.

Qualificações

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Legally authorized to work in the country of employment.
• Eligible to acquire required credentials (FAA, RAIC, TSA, Port Authority, U.S. Customs, as applicable).
• Must hold a valid driver’s license.
• Effective English communication (reading, writing, speaking).
• 1 year of experience as a Customer Service Agent.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise and lead a team of customer service agents, ensuring high-quality passenger service.
• Train and mentor new agents in customer service protocols and airport procedures.
• Coordinate staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage at all times.
• Monitor team performance and provide feedback to improve service quality.
• Handle escalated customer issues and complaints professionally.
• Ensure compliance with airline and airport regulations and procedures.
• Develop strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and streamline service operations.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of flight schedules, gate information, and service changes.
• Collaborate with airport departments to resolve operational issues.
