Job summary

ExpertCare in Southeast Michigan is looking for reliable Home Health Aides to work 1:1 with Recipients in clients' homes, supporting, encouraging and helping with skill-building activities. You will also bring clients into the community to help grow personal goals outside the home environment.

Full and part-time positions are available, with paid training and a flexible schedule. Join a team that values compassion, communication, and dependable care, and help empower Recipients to improve daily

Qualifications

• Compassionate, patient, and dependable.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to follow care plans with independence.
• Must pass background checks and screenings.
• 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with recipients in clients' homes to provide support and skill-building activities.
• Assist clients with community outings to support personal goals outside the home environment.
• Coordinate with caregivers and document progress.
