Job summary

ExpertCare in Southeast Michigan is seeking Home Health Aides to work 1:1 with recipients in their homes, providing compassionate support, encouragement and help with daily activities.

You will also accompany clients on community outings to help grow personal goals outside the home, with flexible, full- and part-time options, paid training, and a virtual interview process.

Qualifications

• Compassionate, patient and dependable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and follow care plans.
• Comfortable supporting individuals with varying abilities.
• Reliable transportation to and from assignments.
• Ability to pass required background checks and screenings.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities
