Job summary

ExpertCare is seeking a compassionate Home Health Aide to provide 1:1 care in clients' homes in the Southeast Michigan area, including Troy. You will support, encourage, and assist recipients with skill-building activities and safe community outings to promote independence.

Ideal candidates are reliable, patient, and able to follow care plans. Must have reliable transportation, pass background checks, and be 18 or older. Full and part-time positions available.

Qualifications

• Compassionate, patient, and dependable presence for recipients.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Ability to work independently and follow individualized care plans.
• Reliable transportation to and from assignments.
• Must be 18 years or older and able to pass background checks.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 support to recipients in their homes.
• Encourage and assist with skill-building activities.
• Assist clients in community outings to support goals.
• Follow care plans and report changes to supervisors.
