Job summary

ExpertCare in Detroit, Michigan is hiring Home Health Aides to work 1:1 with recipients in clients' homes, providing compassionate support, encouraging independence, and helping with skill-building activities. You will also bring clients into the community to pursue personal goals outside the home, while following care plans and maintaining strong communication with the team.

Full and part-time positions are available with paid training, flexible schedules, weekly pay, and a virtual interview

Qualifications

• Compassionate, patient and dependable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and follow care plans.
• Comfortable helping individuals with varying abilities.
• Reliable transportation to and from assignments.
• Willing to pass background checks and screenings.
• Must be 18 years or older.
