Job summary

ExpertCare is looking for reliable, compassionate Home Health Aides to work 1:1 with our recipients in Southeast Michigan. You will support, encourage and help with skill-building activities, and bring clients into the community to grow their personal goals outside of the home.

We serve the mental health community in Southeast Michigan. Full and part-time positions are available, with benefits such as paid training, flexible schedules and weekly pay.

Qualifications

• Compassionate, patient and dependable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and follow care plans.
• Reliable transportation to and from assignments.
• Able to pass required background checks and screenings.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 in-home support to recipients in Southeast Michigan.
• Encourage and assist with skill-building activities and daily living.
• Assist clients with community involvement to grow personal goals.
• Follow care plans and communicate with supervisors as needed.
